I'm Linda McCants Pendleton, a communications professional retiree from the south suburbs of Chicago.

Thank you for stopping by my website to checkout my journey to the Holy Land in Israel!

 

I'm still figuring out this website building app, so please bear with me while I build the content.

 

​Israel was a destination that I had longed to visit every since I first started really reading the Bible cover-to-cover. I wanted to see and experience the people, places, sounds, flavors and scenery that I read about each day in The Word.

​

​On May 10, 2025 at 6 a.m., after overcoming many delays--war in the Mideast region, chaos at Newark, NY, where we we supposed to connect flights, personal financial setbacks, flight cancellations from major airlines after the Tel Aviv airport was bombed and finding a non-price-gouging flight through Ethiopian Airlines-- we departed from Chicago for what would be a 28+ hour trip to our spiritual home, only to hit the ground running!

 

​We arrived in Tel Aviv on May 11 at about midnight their time (8 hours ahead of  Chicago) to be awakened at 5:30 a.m. for breakfast and the start of our 10 days of 12-hour tour days...in the heat. Whew!
